My partner and I had been looking for a property for a really long time. after missing out on a few houses and having some shocking experiences with other agents and companies, our interactions with Matt and Tayla were a welcome change. This was our first home we purchased, and we hope to buy more in the future I would defiantly be looking at properties found are selling first. If you can buy and sell with found, I would highly recommend.

We had the opportunity to work with quite a few real estate agents in the past, both as vendors and buyers, and though they have all been professional and earnest, I can truly say none has been as reliable and genuine as Matt. He literally held our hands through the whole selling process, he opened up to us about his plan of action and explained it in great details while unfolding it. He perfectly grasped what we long needed from an agent and he delivered. I don’t deny I was a bit skeptical at first, probably because of the not so fulfilled previous experiences. I had a great experience with Matt, Tayla and Amy from FOUND! For years, I have both rented and now purchased my first home through them and the whole time I felt like I was chatting with friends. Feels bizarre to say about a real estate agency but FOUND really do practice what they preach. Amy is such a delight as a property manager. Not only a wonderful person but she also really knows her stuff! And Matt is incredibly genuine, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, what started out as a daunting, overwhelming idea quickly became my exciting dream come true! Matt, Tayla, Hayley and the Team at FOUND were an absolute dream to work with. We first met Matt while property searching, and that positive experience was the reason we chose to sell with FOUND. Selling our first home of course came with some nerves, but Matt was always available for a call, or catch up, to answer any and all questions we had. The Marketing they deliver is outstanding, from the copy, photos, for sale signs, letterbox flyers, to videos on socials, and more. Every touch point felt considered, high quality, and resulted in open home numbers that well exceeded our expectations.
